Columbia College DC's Annual Culinary Arts Student Showcase is a celebration of the creativity, skill, and passion of our Culinary Arts program students. This beloved event is open to the entire campus community and the public.
What's on the Menu: Students from all levels of the program will prepare and present dishes representing a wide range of cuisines. This year's theme is "Global Flavors, Local Roots" — expect dishes inspired by international culinary traditions with locally sourced ingredients.
Guest Judges: This year's panel of judges includes local restaurant owners, food critics, and alumni chefs who have gone on to successful careers in the culinary industry.
Tickets: General admission is free for students and staff with a valid college ID. Public tickets are $15 per person and can be purchased at the Student Services desk or online. Proceeds support the Culinary Arts program scholarship fund.
